we are hothouse flowers

the hollow-eyed angel that sings on your shoulder
never say never my black-winged beauty
turn your green haze on
all the dark guts

that will one day pour from me

they said it was TERMINAL

TERMINAL

TERMINAL

TERMINAL

la plaie qui ne guérisse pas
les mémoires qui roulent comme des bobines de pellicule /wildly loosed/ imprudemment lâchées
indomptées et crues

y a de la faune dans le coeur
ne me cherche plus

the poor indomitable children
they blow through streetside garbage
under the starry-eyed, long dead mechanical love cries of every plane in the sky going a slightly different direction
every trajectory crosses a power line
the buzz of inhuman power that
becomes slowly
also my language

on an island, off an island, saddled with slavery and the memory of stranded man's futile power
she falls to her knees and cries: speak, speak, why do i speak?
